The Fulton County Arts Council (FCAC) announces the availability of 2008-2009 Artist Residency Program Guidelines, available for download and hardcopy by request. FCAC invites Fulton County-based artists to apply for artist residency fellowships.

The FCAC Artist Residency Program consists of residency opportunities at the Hambidge Center for the Creative Arts & Sciences (Rabun Gap, GA) and The Caversham Centre for Artists & Writers (Balgowan, South Africa).
