Southwest Arts Center is the first facility built by Fulton County solely for the arts. As a neighborhood arts center we are dedicated to providing quality arts instruction and programs to the community in a positive and creative environment. Under the guidance of the Fulton County Arts Council, we offer a broad range of day and evening classes for adults, teens and children.
