Special Notes

Most classes require a minimum number of students; in the event the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the class. All classes are on a first come basis.

The Southwest Arts Center provides a special series of classes for infants thru six-year olds with their parent or caregiver. In order for a child to be admitted to this series an adult must register, attend and participate in the class with the child. No exceptions.

No refunds or transfers will be made unless requested a minimum of two business days prior to start of class. A 25% fee will be charged for all cancellations. A senior citizen discount of 15% and fee waivers for qualified youth are available.

Some classes require the purchase of additional supplies by the student. The supply lists will be given out at the first class. Graphic Design classes require students to purchase an Apple Macintosh ZIP100 or 250 disk to archive material.

Instruments are provided for all music classes. Instruments are not for loan or rent. Personal instruments are permitted at the discretion of the instructor.

Appropriate dance apparel is required in all Southwest Arts Center dance classes. Instructor will determine the desired apparel.
