The Contracts for Services Program provides contracted and direct services that support opportunities for access to the arts for Fulton County residents. The Fulton County Board of Commissioners through the Fulton County Department of Arts & Culture invests public funding, in the form of Contracts for Services, to support the arts programming of Fulton County non-profit arts and cultural organizations and the 14 municipalities within Fulton County.
The program strives to strengthen the cultural knowledge of Fulton County citizens, organizations and communities by awarding funding to non-profit organizations whose arts programming supports the mission, goals, and values of Fulton County Government.
The Fulton County Contracts for Services Program is committed to:

|Assisting in stabilizing arts and cultural organizations throughout Fulton County|
|Creating an environment that is conducive to the growth and development of arts organizations|
|Stimulating neighborhood development and facilitating the creativity and cultural infrastructure within the communities|
|Contributing to the economic well-being of the community, including the ability to attract new business and residents|
Each year, over 100 service contracts are awarded to arts and cultural organizations; nonprofit and community –based groups providing arts programming; artist collectives; and municipalities that provide cultural programs to its constituents. In all, these groups are expected to reach over five million people through community festivals, art exhibitions, plays, music concerts, dance recitals, art classes, and much more!
