The Arts are an important element in fostering community development and quality of life. To that end, the Fulton County Arts Council has partnered with municipalities, neighborhoods, and community groups to bring a number of special programs to communities both North and South in the County.

The Neighborhood Program is an outreach program for youth in their own communities, whereas the five FCAC arts centers provide a wide variety of classes and performances on-site. Dynamic public art projects throughout the County touch each of us, while Community Cultural Plans help local Fulton County cities better harness the power of the arts and focus and create new arts programs.
