The Neighborhood Program reaches approximately 4,200 in 33 venues throughout the County. The program pairs art instructors with nontraditional (nonclassroom) sites to conduct free arts-based classes, performances, workshops and residencies. These creative opportunities are offered in a variety of art disciplines and are accessible to families, youth, adults, preschoolers and special populations.

The Neighborhood Program develops new audiences, increases access to the arts, promotes lifelong creative learning and gives families the opportunity to experience the arts together.
